The Facts are, PassionFlower--
That the Antarctic ice sheet is getting LARGER, not smaller. So is the Greenland ice cap. Sea level is NOT rising, and there is NO historical correlation between Global Warming and the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere – going back 800,000 years, now. Actually, there is some correlation, but it is reversed, in that the atmosphere warms up a bit, and then, several thousand years later, there is more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
These are facts – real, unambiguous facts. Any worldview simply has to take them into account, Al Gore not withstanding.

Your piece seems well-researched but a bit too wordy!
People don't normally read posts like this...just too much information to absorb. If you'll try being a little more succinct as I've done HERE, you can increase your readership.
Oh and btw, mankind has done MORE to damage the earth....soil, water, air ... in the past 50 years than in all previous time since the beginning of time. The ice is melting - the largest ice mass on earth is moving...it's a fact!
And all your wordy explanations...all your 'logical conclusions'...won't change that fact. We ARE indeed experiencing MORE disasters and WORSE disasters on a global scale.
