My fave is IHOP's country griddle cakes, which have grits in them and

blueberry compote and whipped cream on top. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

At home I make pumpkin pancakes. Delicioso! Here's the link if anyone wants to try them. It's the first recipe in my food blog. :)
