Go to I Kept The Baby

It's nature's way -- a mother's early ambitions
change, her focus goes to nurturing. Some see it as sacrifice or unfair and resent the obligation. But it seems to me the call of life to life, and the rewards more sure than dreams of a career. And the need to remain grounded for the sake of the child can lead to stronger decisions on your own behalf. Plus, which, there's that joy you feel when you look on the angelic face of your sleeping child.

Thanks! ... well it has been in my mind for a long, long time so guess that
makes it easier! I read your blog about the christening and it brought home to me the importance of friends ... real friends.

It's true
There is really no comparison of life before and after a child.
