I have a confession, it starte out to be just a descrpition of the day, a relatively rare cloudless one here, but then something happened. I admit it could be reworked, and maybe someday I will, some sunny day.

"Not one raindrop...has found a place to park" - You have some terrific personifications here, plus it flows nicely. I may have added some more 'heft' to the poem as I was curious as to why you thought a cloudless day was so strange (other than the physical fact you hardly get them where you live), but what do I know, it all works really well anyway. What I also liked were the descriptions - you've created some vivid images in my brain.
Anxious to read more of your work...
