I've been tested for milk alleriges. It's just plain good old fashioned hayfever. I do plan on trying the juice+ though.

Allergies are no fun... but may not be exactly what you think they are.
You could be allergic to pollen and mold and stuff -- but there could also be another allergen. Milk.
I've been taking blood pressure pills withthe side effect of a deep bronchial cough. Decided to take Claritin D because my sinuses were glogging up. It helped. At the same time I was having a touch of irritable bowel -- which symptoms I won't describe. The office nurse asked me if I'd tried giving up dairy products for the colon problems. Well, I hadn't even considered it. My Cheerios and milk were a bedtime routine. So I quit milk, pretty much stopped with the cheese. I'd say I quit the dairy consumption by 90%. About the same time I started taking a food supplement called Juice Plus+ -- because I almost never eat enough servings of vegetables and fruit... After about two months the cough was gone, my nose quit running, and the bowel problem disappeared. So now when I see the "Got Milk?" ads, I think, no. And I chew Tums for calcium.

bel, you need to keep some Benedryl on hand for just these occasions.
I've got it in my cupboard all the time. That'll fix ya right up, Sweetie.
