The disclaimers shouldn't take more than a week or two. Judgement is really going to be held up because he'd have a heck of a time getting apointed as a Judge in this country...being a foreigner to begin with, and not likely to be able to do enough political double-talk to be approved anyway.

franciscan - You are attempting to bring something up by making a few
assumptions that may or may not be relevent.
When you ask: "Are you better or holier than all Christians?" The word "holy" has no meaning to me other than being synonomous with the word "hypocrisy". But I will make an assumption here as well and take it to be a word that you are using to encompass; honor, integrity, propriety, honesty, benevolence and compassion, at least in this context. You have never had any dealings with me of any sort, other than our sparring in comments here on Blogit. If you and I were ever to have any dealings, I am confident that you would see my efforts to exemplify these qualities. All I am saying is that I try to adhere to these qualities, no human being is perfect.

gomedome,
" Distancing himself from his followers" As you know Christianity is one third of the earth's population. There are going to be people within the Church that Jesus Almighty started and in the various denominations that don't follow their conscience as well as you. Why be negative and pick on the weaker and more sinful than yourself? Why don't you challenge yourself and change yourself and aspire to have a sharper edged conscience? Are you better or holier than all Christians? If you admit that there are Christians who are worse than yourself it stands to reason that there are Christians who are better/holier than yourself. Aspire to their level. Try to be a better person and you'll lose your desire to pick on people. You'll realize/recognize your own faults more acutely.

Hmmmmmm.
Entertaining, amusing, and a good laugh. I would use your post, if I were you, when you face Him in the Judgement, maybe He would find as amusing as I do. And not be too hard on you.

Cantey, with the new stress on illegal immigration
Will he be turned back?
"Passport, where's your passport?"
"I don't have one. My name is Jesus."
"Yeah, you and a million other Mexicans. No passport, no entry."

Samhain_Moon - returning to ancient rules of law is a scary thought
But I am certain that his lawyer will advise against it.

SuccessWarrior - that's actually a good point
If he in fact did return, (remember, we are suspending reality for a moment) how would he be treated? The first thing that would probably happen is that he would be locked up for being crazy.

Maybe he's already been here
There are a lot of people locked away that claim to be Jesus. Maybe he's in a state hospital somewhere.
