I'll have to make sure I get out the door tonight. I wear an ankle brace at work to help.

My feet have been a week spot...wrapping them helps sometimes. Not when walking/jogging, but for all or part of the rest of the day to help them "recover". I remember one time I was on crutches for 3 weeks and kept up the "jog" by limping around the same path on the crutches. (Good for building up the arms...)
