Also thanks for the July 4th wishes, cautions and notes about chubsy-ubsy moments. I can relate to all of these. For a time we thought the rain would thunder or wash our cook-out away; now we wait the fireworks hour over Greenbelt lake. The sun has come back brilliantly after the thuderstorm, so until it darkens...... About the weihgt, my advice is to go with your feeling. If you feel great, and there is a glow on your face, don't change a thing. We all cannot be within a single straitjacket of beauty and weight.
