Guess I'm guilty. I've stopped writing some of that steamy
Dating stuff because I know Justi and Maggie will get onto me. I'm not dating much anymore though, so there's not that much X-rated stuff going on in my life....damn.

Yea that happened to me, but only in extreme cases (when i knew that subject could cause me some real trouble with ppl)...i think i don't really write to please ppl, but that's jusr me...

I know that some posts that I write will not appeal to some
of my regular readers but it is worth risking numbers to say what I think. For example today I mentioned some thoughts about the furore over the New York Times story and I knew that few people would comment on my view because it runs counter to what most people here think. Of course I should have done it in an inflammatory way then I would have had a bunch of comments but I was calm in my thoughts and I am The Qui(e)t Blogger

The only time I get offended is when someone refuses to so much as look at the other side of an issue. We don't have to agree, simply respect that every person has their own history and their own reasonings. You are not one to attack others when they don't agree with you, so I highly doubt you are going to offend me even if it's about something I don't agree.
