I love them as they are too - a beautiful bowl of cherries - what could be better?

Hi, bel,
Of course, I haven't a clue... (shame on me, and being from the South and all)... but it looks like
Azur is a life-saver. :) Good luck. :)

Here's a few
Sounds like you need to get some sugar in.
Mostly I can cook on instinct but I think preserves are one thing you need some kind of recipe for to get the balance right. I love cherry juice too.

Recipes! I don't need no stinkin' recipes, Bel!
I am the queen of the one-pot mystery meal, lol. A little of this, a pinch of that and voila! That's how my Russian grandfather taught me to cook. Recipes are just a suggestion.

I like to cook by the seat of my pants too. Recipes are merely a guide in my book LOL!

Bel, I'm following along to see if anybody else has any ideas
cause I am the wrong blogger to ask about anything to do with preserving, canning or drying anything. Also baking. I'm a good cook in a lot of respects, but not when it comes to baking, it is too precise.

No wonder !! I just searched 'Cherry Jam' and found only 2 recipes so far. They required PITTED cherries. Other sites were mostly to sell jam.
