Actually, based on what I know of Hitler's rise to power, I feel that a Hitler wannabe would just go ahead and take what he or she feels is rightfully his or hers. That Hitler wannabe would not be concerned with the legal niceties of how the world should be governed; Hitler himself, to further the analogy, just went right ahead and helped himself to the dictatorship of Germany in the 1930s. He took the liberty of repealing laws on the German books at the time making it impossible to take over the country, and his actions paved the way for the Holocaust. I feel it's possible that someone aspiring to Hitler-like powers would likewise simply help himself or herself to power through technically illegal means, bending the rules, using psychological pressure tactics, and so forth to get his or her way. He or she would at least exert enormous emotional pressure on the other members of a Universal House of Justice or other world governance body as a means of getting his or her way.

Interesting...
If the United Justice is going to rule the world someday, they really should allow women though...seems 50% for women would be good to me. I don't get how a 9 person governing body is likely to spawn a Hitler like dictator though, where does that individual power come from?
