In reading your comments, I see where more background or information on Lori is needed to create a more realistic picture of why I would marry the man she once described. To bring clarification, Lori was an alcoholic of 10 years and diagnosed bi-polar (and very good at keeping it secret). I later witnessed years of her lies with all we've been through with her. I will have to work in more of Lori's history into the story. Thanks for pointing this out! I am happy to report, she will be sober for 2 years in September!!

I agree with missjohn316 that maybe Lori didn't lie and that is how it was

Great story

This story gives me hope because I am a single mother of one child (like you were) and I would like to either reconcile with my daughter's father or be with someone else who is suitable for my daughter and me.

Maybe Lori wasn't lying about Rick, maybe he was a jerk back when he was with her. It could be that he has learned from his mistakes and you have the benefit of being with him after he'd learned his lessons.

Great story...but what happened with Lori?  It's so wierd that she had such a different version of what this guy was like.

It was God
Witchcraft is a tool of Satan, one that many have bought into. Witchcraft and spells do have power and can make "things" happen..fooling many. 'Quantem physics' and the 'law of attraction' are terms people use when their scared to believe there may actually be a God who controls the universe. Keep an open mind. And, seek 'truth'.

The question remains...did you manifest him into your life? Did God, was
it faith?  Witchcraft teaches the same thing...Quantum physics deals with this subject in a way...it makes me wonder if a certain Law of Attraction is in place that allows certain things to manifest.  Some call it answered prayer.  Others believe their "spells" have worked, etc.  Interesting.
