actually -- it's probably not what our dear
GW Bushie, undeserving of the post of dogcatcher, let alone president, was expecting -- an independent court.
sends it to congress mainly for a bill providing for a way to try these prisoners.
still, the administration is pulling out all stops to prevent these men from being protected undcer international and U.S. law. the rottenness of this particular activity is obvious. we are the most uncivilized country in the free world.
