It would be my guess that he was just trying to help the gerbil get out.
Must have gotten lost up there and he was just offering it a light at the end of the tunnel and got a little carried away. Nothing too strange about that.

Victorians were probably the most likely to shove a light bulb up their ass! I know professors who make a living off of studying what Victorian-era pornography says about Victorian England. Whatever floats your boat, as long as its consensual is what I say. Funny post
