Oh gosh, I had no idea your baby had this awful stuff.
I'm sooooo thankful you were able to see a dermatologist. That's wonderful. It sounds like you've finally hit upon somethng that's going to work.  God bless that sweet boy!

You poor babies!!...both of you!  This is such an ordeal for you, I know, but at least your doing the stuff now that will yield good results and lead to the light at the end of the tunnel.  My daughter has had  to deal with some eczema all her life, but nothing like this....bless his little heart, hugs to him.  I know it just tears at you to see him hurt like that but am so glad you found the solution and kudo's to you for sticking with the system until you got something done for him...that's what you have to do....be his warrior in the jungle!  Good luck!

You're a good mom.
That's a lot of work that most parents don't have to go through.
I hope all this helps your son.
It's horrible that he's suffering with this.

they would have asked the questions about lifestyle etc to try to work out why it has continued so  long.  You always feel like you are under scrutiny in those cases but they need to ask questions. I would stick to the letter to what they say and see what difference it makes

All those hospital medications must be costing a lot. They should work. I have read ariel's comment on using aloe vera. That is also good. All the best wishes for Jamie's recovery.

Symphony, I do hope the medications work for your sweet little boy and,

yes, Sweetie, being a mother is one of the hardest jobs we have to face, but the most rewarding.  One day you will look back and wish you had him a little boy again.

God bless you and your little ones.

I talked to my baby sister, Sally, last night and she is fine.  Says she's looking forward to returning to Blogit soon.

Have you looked into herbal remedies? If this doesn't work, I have some information I'd be happy to pass on to you.

Wow. Poor kid!
Sounds like a trooper, though, and thankfully, the dermatologist seems to know what he's doing, unlike your former Dr. Asshat.

Take care!

Good for you!!!  You refused to let your GP bully you and you did what was best for your child.  I know this is going to take a great deal of work, but Jamie will be grateful in the end.  You are such a good mommy!

Would you like me to send you some information on the treatment of eczema with Aloe Vera? It really does work, and has no known side effects.
