I too had a faves list like that - those who never updated ...so I deleted all and started again...but I made it worse because now everybody posts (that I have on there) and I have about 8 pages....I must get more organiased...

I seem to be doing almost the same thing.
In addition I also check the income added each day, if it is 0.01 dollar, and I also check the Blogs for any reference to my blog.

That's really interesting
I'm fairly new, so I only have about four favourites, but I don't tend to go to my favourites list first. I tend to look at who has commneted on my Blogs and read them first. Then I go and see who is on the most poular list of my favourite categories to read, and look down the list to see if there is anything that interests me. I only add someone to my people list if I have read them a few times, commented on their work and they have commented on mine. I usually find the people that I am interested in reading are up high on the poularity list becasue they write entertaining blogs.
This is a whole new culture for me. I'm enjoying the friendships that are building, but I wish there was more fiction to read.

My faves list is actually six pages long, right now.
And most of the blogs on those pages, beyond page two or so, haven't been updated in a while. I try very hard to get through all the new posts on the first page, at the very least, whenever I sit down to blog and read. After that, it's usually around midnight, like it is now, and I have to force myself to stop for the day. You're such a dear one, Symphony.

I try to (at least) reciprocate clicks to all who commented ...
while, generally speaking, reading the most current of their blogs.
I usually run a "comment search", too ... doesn't help me much, however, seeing as my name is so often misspelt.

sight, I worry about you. So, yes, I read my favorites first and then go on to look for points of interest.

My list got too long, so now I read most people by the new posts page.
And yes, I will read all of my favorite's blogs, when I have time. I don't ration out my clicks. I don't really care... I just read what I like! LOL

Yes, I do update my People list
fairly often. I try to visit new writers often to encourage them. As for my regulars that I read, I confess that I don't always read each seperate blog - as you say, it's difficult to find the time. It is alright though because I normally find that each blog is a different category and I chose my favorite.
