I'm not so sure that two selfish/self-centered people would necessarily enjoy each other's company, though,

as each would undoubtedly bore the other.

I suspect they would both be seeking a good listener (who doesn't talk much) instead.

Firendship has to be reciprocal otherwise it fails.You have to listen too.
