My considered opinion is that the vast majority (approx. 99%) of each and every group you mentioned will be present in the "After-life." This, of course, includes Atheists and Agnostics. Entry there will not be based on individual I.Q. levels or beliefs at all. It will be based, rather, on what we Earthlings call "things of the heart."

there is only one place that all spirits go to
it s not heaven or hell, its a united place of after this life, everyone is there, its the same thing as here, there are bad and good here, all in the one realm on earth! its doesn't change any where else
