It is truly hot here too. I have a suggestion about showers in this sort of weather. Five or ten drops of peppermint oil in your shower jel bottle will help cool you down. Use care it can actually irritate if you use too much. Begin with may 5 drops for an average size bottle and work up if you can tolorate that. We used it for years and made soap with it. It cools the body down up to five degrees
