Sannhet, Amen! And Hallelujah!
Unless you have lived that person's exact life, you are in no position to pass judgement.

Redwood, lots of different people have lots of different ways
of becoming centered.  Yours works for you and that makes it great.  Thanks for sharing.  =)

Xeno, we meet in lots of places, lots of times we walk together
It gives us a chance to touch base while getting some fresh air.

Success -
Can I hear an Amen for Number 3? This is exactly why I believe we love any adult friend or family member regardless of what they may be doing to themselves. Tough love is not an option because tough love is conditional love. We can't possibly know what they are to learn on their path, so we just love them and be there for them.

successwarrior- the "shakra" thing is an inside joke I have with certain
family members. I know it is not relevant to your post. Thought you might like it anyway, given the context of your blog.

I "center my shakras" almost everday.
But because I am a red neck, I use 1950's country music to help me to get "centered". The song "Honky Tonk Man" helps me to center the shakras of clean living, thrift, and fidelity.
The song "Johnny Reb" helps me to center the shakras of political correctness and diversity tolerance.
Pretty spiritual, huh?

Of course they are. Why would god do anything less than brilliant?
