No. My best friend from UT just came to town and bought 20 Duplexes
I'll be managing them.
My percentage of the rents will give me a 20% pay increase. In a year I am going to use that income to buy a larger house and sell the 2BR/1BA that I am in now. After that I'll buy some other properties and rent them out.
The infomercials aren't all crooks and hacks. The problem is that the ones that are above-board are either preceding or following crooks and hacks.
