Dolan's Cadillac is good. My favourite of his short stories are 'Survivor Type' - which he once said in a interview he didn't think he would ever publish - and Stationary Bike, which is in an anthology called Tales from the Borderlands - you can probably get a copy of that on Amazon, and it's well worth getting, the other authors hit King's high standard of craftsmanship.
