Bel, thanks for looking that up. I know it's off-topic, but I like little
legal tidbits like that. Thanks for posting this, I think I know the meaning of a word, then I look at the definition and find that it has all kinds of nuances and history that I never thought of. Getting back to No. 3, I'd say that pretty well sums it up.

Is the example they use "constructive fraud". I think it boils down to planned out and formulated. Intent, I suppose.
