Certainly funny. A lot of sarcasm goes on out of view of customers. I used to work at an auto parts store and I was known to say, "Our motto is customer service is only a motto." Not everone appreciated it (of the fellow employees) but a couple of us repeated it often, becasue you see, it was more true than anyone liked to admit. A lot of companies are like that, breathing "customer service" out of one side of thier mouth, while breatheng "screw the customer" out of the other side.

Incognito, sarcasm is funny to sarcastic people who love trying to make the perfect comeback. Other people don't find it funny. I think whether its funny or not depends on who you are with at the time.
