Hi, Nanaroo. Do you remember, I asked about more details? Thanks again. I
lost already 10 pounds, without any problems. Thanks. Summer without those extra pounds will be great!!!

Could you give more details about your diet? It sounds so good
and I really need to loose some weight.

Nanaroo, you are my hero! I'm very proud of you,

I put on a lot of weight over the winter.  I can't exercise, being in a wheelchair, so maybe I'll try what you're doing.  I don't know what it would do to a diabetic though, do you?

It sounds great.  Do you feel alright?  You've always looked good to me.  Don't overdo it!

Nanaroo...This is wonderful news. I don't do too bad in regard to
my eating habits.  I occasionally eat too many treats in one sitting,  My problem is finding the motivation to exercise on a consistent basis.  With so much going on with my kids, I never take the time to do something just for me unless it's going out with friends.  One of these days...I'll jump on that exercise train and ride.  Keep up the good work.

nanaroo, what you say about protein is right on...
since I've been having a protein drink in the a.m., along with eating properly, I've lost 15 lbs, and my B.P. is back in the safety zone....now if I could just get back into exercising.....

Nanaroo...
My wife is currently doing a "body makover" regimen that sounds similar.  She limits sodium as well and drinks lots of water.  So far it is working, but it is a life choice for her as well.
