I don't think you'll have a problem with your cash flow over the next few years.

We have a rose bush that has just exploded with blooms over the past few days.

Yes. Not only are they inaccurate, but they are also given too much importance as being real.

I was thinking along those lines, too. We put way too much pressure on ourselves needlessly.

Well, Butter woke up this morning as if nothing were ever wrong. I suspect that you did a healing on him. You're the best! Thanks so much.

Floods are my business though. I need them in order to pay the bills!

So I keep watering the roses so that when it rains they really bloom!

This  is so good. I learned this about water as my mother an avid gardener would pray for slow easy all night rains for her garden in the hot arid Southern summers. I guess I learned the other from her too. I am a loner who spends much time contemplating what I thought I thought  until I am sure it is what I believe I think.

This is very true, I think when we hurry our important thoughts they are not always accurate.

avant-garde, how true, both for the meditation and the analogy.

avant- this reminds me of a soil test that is done for road construction
Soil compaction is an important part of road construction. An important part of soil compaction (in addition to rollers or tampers) is moisture. Soil can not be properly compacted if their is not enough moisture. Soils becomes spongy if there is too much moisture.  The "just right" amount is called "optimum moisture".  The optimum moisture content (measured in percentage) varies from one soil type to another.
As per your post, perhaps we all have optimum moisture (or saturation) points.

I am sorry to hear about Butterscotch.  I will do another healing on her tonight. I am sure that all of you are giving her lots of love. Keep me updated.
