I can usually do great on 6 but I'm sure loving the 7 - 8 hour nights.

7-8 hours sleep is supposed to be ideal for the average adult. I've done those 4 hour nights too, and I hate them! But I've also seen I'm not as hungry, as well as not so tired on the days I get enough.
