Long time ago
I was reading something by Alexsander Solsynetsin (sp?) about his country, which was then part of the Soviet Union. He said he loves Russia, the land, the people, but mistrusts the government and the motives of its leaders. I felt sorry for him then, naive enough to think ours was better. Now I get it.
