I think a lot of races will be dog fights. The Republicans have to get out
and spread the word. They can't let the media define what the election is about. The Democrats have to be very disappointed in not winning this election. If they can't win Duke Cunningham's seat......they might have trouble winning other seats.

good post, sarooster.
I have not been closely following that race, but one comment I heard someone on Fox say was (and I paraphrase) "this race was in a generally strong Republican district, and it was close; it will still be a challenge for Republicans to maintain a majority, particularly in more liberal districts."
Any thoughts?

Busby, isn't that the one who encourages illegal immigrants to go out and vote? As it happens, I have just posted a little piece on mainstream polling practices... (might as well do a little advertising,
