another fine cabbage eater and I also share a past history of having eaten goat curry though it was a dish oringinating from Goa rather than Jamaica.

Monday, June 5... lunch, it was tasty really good for you...  before then last week in some coleslaw, good like that too... now brussels sprouts, haven't had the occassion.

I used to do that but with the heart of iceberg lettuce we used to have in summer salads when I was a kid though there was usual some competition with my brother to get the sweetest tiny leaves. Weird Rules!

Robdon, I was just thinking about chopping off a chunk to chew on.    When I was a kid, I always used to nibble on the discarded hot cabbage heart that my mom would discard after making coleslaw.   I know, I know, I'm weird.

Last week,
if you count Brussels sprouts as cabbage... which it ain't if you're doing corned beef & cabbage.   Cole slaw, which is cabbage -- 2 weeks ago.  why do you ask this particular question?
