I haven't been much for pop but in the last couple months
I was drinking those Monster drinks to keep me moving.  I usually just drink water and sometimes milk.

Congrats!!

It's been about 2 months for me now and I've gotten past that lingering, longing look as I walk past the soda pop.  I gave up caffine in April (which means Mtn. Dew for me, and that means pop because it's the only one I like even a little).

It almost looked like that one little change was going to be enough to reverse this weight gain too...but then I got on the scale again this month and ... oh, my!

Anyway, good luck.  I like your "baby steps" approach.
