I agree and love some smooth jazz, very good for loosening up the mind. The thing I like about The Artists Way is the fact it provides a definite structure of activities so its more than just reading ideas about implementing change. Thanks for the comment.

The Artist's Way
it's not just for artists.  I like the way it makes you focus on creative things.  Sometimes you find yourself stuck, writer's block is just constipation of the mind. The exercises in this book get things moving again. Another thing that helps is good poetry. listening to instrumental jazz, music that has no emotional load -- you know, something other than the "our song" from an old relationship...
