You certainly ducked away from this one. Bush can't be blamed, so all of a sudden it doesn't matter? And if you want to talk about pathetic responses, start with the Democrats in Louisiana who failed to order and carry out evacuations and who interfered with delivery of relief supplies.

To clarify - the storm was the "act of God." Incompetently designed and built levees are human error.

Missing the Point, As Usual!
The point isn't who was responsible for the disaster. The point is the pathetic, disgraceful response. The most powerful military nation in the world, perceived to be able to project this power anywhere on Earth, let its fellow citizens die embarrased the nation. Keep it up, though, you're doing a heck of a job.
