We tend to be like a draft horse with paradigm blinders which restrcit our peripheral vision.. At the same time, we are looking for "greener grass on the other side of the hill". Ironic.

Sometimes the flitting does bring change
Thoguh usually not the change we desire. Standing in one place and putting in the work where needed is what makes change for the better. (in most cases)
