Corbin,
I'm sitting here, semi-reclining in a very comfortable chair, my keyboard on my lap, at my side a glass of excellent Canadian wine as well as some well-aged Canadian cheddar. I have just put on Pink Floyd's
Dark Side of the Moon, AND I AM SAVING 7000 BUCKS! I LOVE IT! (The only little problem is that I can't crank it up because my wife is downstairs, watching some chick flick, and can't stand 'that racket'. But hey, for that kind of money one is willing to make sacrifices,

). Oh, and Madonna? I'll give my ticket away for free!

I totally agree. Even my little town has a free concert and sometimes with name bands weekly in the summer. For ten years I never missed a jazz festival in Atlanta. No cost in either case..... People like your previous post the Madonna should have to perform in the dark.

There are so many wonderful
Jazz Festivals -- Blue Grass Festivals...many of these are FREE. I think we should support this type of musical entertainment as much as the Opera and Concerts.
Thanks for the sweet comment you left on my blog about having the blues today.
