Yes, It's Especially Important to Speak Out in a Time of War
Stifling decent, deciding who's patriotic or not... we seem to go in waves, get wise from folks like McCarthy, then go back again into apathy. Why aren't more people clamoring for our troops to get out of Iraq? The same administration that can't seem to get anything write over there needs to "stay the course"? WHAT COURSE?? Good for you for reminding us to keep our ears open.

i have no problems with other peoples' opinions
but i do have a problem with what i perceive are gross errors and gross disastrous decisoins that take youngl ives and drain our economy
i see our country spiraling downward as a result of our president's decisons and i cannot but speak out against such.
no responsible person would keep quiet, don't you think?

Oh, and in case you were wondering . . .
After you expressed such lamentations over how adversely exposure to my blog affected your health, please take comfort. I find your blog, and all the other liberal blogs, around here, quite stimulating. Must be something to do with having a tolerant and open mind towards dissenting opinion, no?

Politics and common sense notwithstanding (I mean - really! - what the heck kind of response did they think they were going to get by bashing Bush before a typically conservative audience?), they are fine entertainers.
