Thank you for reading my poem. I was using gmail and found a link to this site and decided to blog a poem I wrote last night.
I think you story is original and thoughtful. I like your battle between the Kizer and Yudicrisse because I wish the leaders in our world would fight with runeblades over world issues. Science fiction may be the hardest genre to write, giving you free reign to create an entire new universe with new laws and unknown cultures, but I think you did a meticulously good job of making the Sorcens and Shadowists seem real. Maybe you could change directly naming Evil Kizer and Evil Grinton and let the reader decide more of who is evil because good and evil are always changing. That could also give you more freedom to make Yudicrisse evil later. I enjoyed reading chapter 1 and would be glad to read chapter 2.
