Definition 2 is what is going on in the Middle East.......
Definition 2 is how those with an agenda to prevent this country and it's allies from finishing the war with those described in definition 1, prefer to define said war.
They are being described as insurgents instead of terrorists.
Washington and those fighting the American Revolution were insurgents. JMHO
