Truman's figures were during the Korean War -- little wars like that do that to a pres.

Fascinating that Truman is dead last. . .
. . . and that history has judged him so much differently in the years since. Carter and Nixon are beyond redemption, but wouldn't it be hoot (for me, but not for you)
if Bush was similarly judged by history?
