Yep, I do, Blanche and Strat reminded me of another one!
I also remember that T-shirt of the frogs coming out of the restaurant kitchen on krutches and wheelchairs.

HolyG, I agree. It's all good tasting and all, but
such humiliation...and I don't even think they realize it. Maybe that's a good thing for them and their families n' stuff.

Speaking of Far Side-type cartoons, Spitfire,
Do you remember the one of the frog coming out of the kitchen on a roller board, without legs?  I admit I laughed.  That was very bad of me.

I like lobster, but I really don't want to see then swimming around before I eat them!  It's really sad.  I shouldn't ever look at them. Soon I'll have given up seafood along with all other meat!

I must confess,
one of my favorite Far Side cartoons is the one where the chefs in the kitchen have the lobster sitting over the pot of boiling water, throwing baseballs like a dunking booth. Sick, but funny.

Nonetheless, I kinda agree. I love crab and lobster, but why stick 'em out in front of God and everybody? Just take 'em back to the dunking booth...

avant, I know! How true!
I feel so sorry for them! Glad I wasn't born a lobster.

SpitFire
I have always felt remorse viewing these creatures. Just knowing they will be dropped into boiling water while still alive seems so utterly cruel. All for one person's enjoyment.
