Straightforward-
So true - the Mainstream Religions want to control HOW and WHAT to believe.  Spirituality allows us to seek our truths, and to find God and be open to his love without "rules".  I found it totally liberating!  I am open to the universe.

Factor-
Julie wondered about that herself and the only answer she could come up with was that it would stand out and she'd notice it there. She's never moved it.  And that is where James instructed Mary to put it.

Really there are so many dimensions to spirituality that go beyond the
mainstream religions!

Sannhet-
Thank you for reading!  I won't say anything to Mary about the Apache tears.  I haven't heard if Julie got her stone (from James) yet.

Cee -
Great stories, this post and the last. Living in Arizona, I am very familiar with Apache tears. Please don't tell the person who wrote this note to Julie, and while I love the legend of the Apache tears being the result of Apache women crying for the loss of their warriors, the stones can actually be found anywhere there has been volcanic activity.
