It appears you are already signed into your account -- as can be seen by the fact that your post here has your Blogit nickname attributed to it -- so you should not need to re-sign into your account.
Please try resetting your security settings (e.g. on Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options, then click the Security tab and ensure it's set to Medium, which is the default).
Then, please go to your My Account page, click the "Subscribe to Blogit" link and you will be asked to enter your payment information.
If for some reason you have gotten signed out, please sign into your account first:
1. Go to the Blogit site at www.blogit.com.
2. Sign in. To do this, click "My Account" at the top-right corner of the page. If you are prompted to enter your email address and password, please do so.
3. If you think you might have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In page, which you can reach by going to www.blogit.com and clicking on the Sign In link on the top right.
