Speaking of Main Street and the rich getting richer . . .

At least two readers, sarooster and Arley, are on record as owning oil company stock.

Woo-hoo!!  I wish I'd had their financial wisdom!

As for Scoop mentioning low-income workers and the lines at the soup kitchens, I don't want to think of how much of middle-classs tax dollar$ are going to pay for services for those folks. I give to charity for the needy far more gladly than I fork over hard-earned dollars for the gummint to do it, when the charities do so much better a job of it.

Actually,
most Americans today are invested in Wall Street...though thay may not fully realize it....through their 401ks and other retirement plans.........

fwmystic good point,
the middle income families are struggling to provide as the low wage workers and the guy in the line at the soup kitchen could give two shits about Wall St...........the rich get richer.

I guess it just depends who you care about more ...
Wall Street or Main Street. Most Americans care less about Wall Street.
