Of course you didn't offend me. I'm just putting in my two cent's worth on the matter.

True, there are opposites and one opposite cannot survive without the other
opposite. Reminds me of a saying: If sometimes we don't get lost we may never find our way

Avant-Garde,
Your comment on my post made me think that I have offended you. If so, I apologize. I do believe that it is possible to coexist peacefully in cyberspace, merely by not acknowledging words that are intended to be hurtful.
I did not bring the issue up, it was forced upon me.

I think our dependencies become apparent as they are stripped away. I'm doing well today, thank you. I hope you are, too. Have a great weekend. Have you moved to England yet?

I'll keep that in mind, although I think I'll be doing tree work for awhile. I'm seriously thinking of buying a stump grinder, chipper, and dump=bed truck. The money's too good to pass up, and it will help me establish another business later, like a bookstore.

Again a magnificent post - shadows is where I've been lately - they are deceiving so interesting your allegory to light. The disposessed brings my dad to mind; describes him to a tee.

Hmmm, always happy to read you, even when I can't make an intelligent comment because I'm too tired to think straight. I feel dis-possessed right now.

yes, i remember you talking of it last year. you seem like a person who would live on the coast. where i grew up you can see the bay, where the highest tides in the world are. i would like to live on the coast when i settle.
when you move in, you know the person to call on if you need some A work landscaping. I know you also enjoy the work. stone work is what i love, though it is hard on you.

Did you know that we are moving to the coast of North Carolina? It'll be in less than a month, give or take a few days.
The house we will be moving into is close to Pamlico Sound, in Beaufort. An old sea town. Perhaps, I was there before.
