azur, my best friend who never visits, but calls daily, has begun to

come by the house as she needs money  to pay some bills and I need someone to help me finish this mess around here before I despair totally.

We pulled absolutely everything out of the storage shed in the back garden and it is all spread all over on blue tarps. I bought $200 in containers, huge plastic storage bins, water proof and dust proof.

Christmas things are now all in three boxes and labelled and stacked back inside the shed. Winter  clothing, boxed, labelled and stacked. My 75 picture frames bought at yard sales are now all boxed, as are my saws, sanders, drills and other electric tools. Today, we put away all of my knic knacs off of my  living room shelves. Clay pots, etc. all in one box, African masks, etc. all in another.

Then I bought boxes with hanging folders for organizing my office area and did half of that. The now empty shelves have new baskets to hold things for the studio and for mail going in and out and other things like that.

I am half swept and half mopped and my new vaccuum cleaner won't work, sigh. Wanted to suck up all spiders and their webs, inside and out on the back porch.

I have a huge and I mean huge pile of garbage in the back garden, dead futons and empty boxes and broken things. My landlord promises to come by and pick it all up  for me, along with the cut cactus, bamboo and tree limbs.

Total disaster area right now, but I am Keeping Hope Alive !!!
