- Go to Hey, Democrats! Let’s Really Go After Someone for Manipulating Oil Markets!
FW, the Democrats aren't going after oil companies?
What part of charges of price-fixing, profiteering and other various and sundry forms of malfeasance did you miss? What proposals for elimination of tax incentives, massive windfall taxes, and accusations that they make too much money did you not notice? You simply
couldn't have missed the Demos doing all this, they were engaging in some of the crassest political grandstanding I've ever seen on this.

Welcome, Franklymydear!
Alternative energy sources weren't the subject at hand, but then you don't give a damn, do you? Thanks for reading.

It's not the democrats who are going after the oil companies ...
it's the republicans. Bill Frirst wants to payy off Americans by sending everyone a $100 check. Arlen spector wants to tax the oil companies for windfall profits. these are republican hairbrained schemes, not democratic ones.
are you that out of the loop???

Whining harry reid is so danged predictable -- at the very least.
Great post. And yes, I would agree that the prices skyrocketed after the Iranian Madman started his tirades. Of course, Pres Bush is easier and safer to pick on than this goon.
