I've been thinking the same, especially since the Mexican government decided to make certain drugs legal. What an incentive for our rif-raff to go down there. All we need is a way to keep them from coming home. Go live in Mexican jails...
As for the distraction, you did hear about the testing in Nevada on June 2, right? I've heard it's to test the bombs they want to use on Iran. You're undoubtedly on the right track about this illegal issue.
Hey, and with walls you can keep out all the honest hard working people - then we won't have to doubt that all the illegal immigrants are really felons. At least it will clear up the doubts some of us have.

actually
enclaves or conclaves
put all the non-perfomers and such in one area and keep them there
various areas in the several cities across the continent.
