it was a gorgeous moon. chico and i were out for a 10:00pm walk, the
air was warm, the sky was clear, lovely.  perhaps we looked at the moon at the same time!

'blink of an eye' describes it perfectly.  Yesterday I had to cut the grass for the first time, and today the island off to the left is a tentative spring green instead of the morbid winter brown. It will soon be summer.

I was just about to say
that, strangely enough, the moon was also crescent here bit then realised that it would have been all over the world 'cos it's the same moon. Anyway - now that the blonde moment has passed, i must say I love the analogy and yes, I did see the moon.

I don't know about the crescent moon and rain, Whacky, but I do know
Red sky at night, sailor's delight, red sky at morning, sailor take warning.   I am told that it's true.
