A pair of wire cutters should do the job in destroying this new fence.
I'm sure a few "coyotes" have these in their back pockets as they lead more illegals across the border.

Mandalee, thank you for tackling this issue. Right on! Monday will be a
message sent to the people -- the voters -- not necessarily to the government. The government already knows about it, they have ignored it and allowed it to happen, because they could. It's a disgrace!
