Thank you for once again proving my point.....
You didn't get it and frankly, your kind never will........
You live in a different America than I do.....one created by your twisted perception of how things "should" be based on you own beliefs and standards. You have a nice, well as nice as someone like you could have, day.
Enjoy your wallowing in despair............this is the last click I'm wasting on you.

I gather from that picture that you are admitting that conservatives are as slow and easy to confuse as turtles and that they all drink in order to block out reality.
So listening to a liberal who speaks about reality and talks logic and such must really give you guys a headache then (Unless you are so drunk that you can block out reality). I get the joke and am very surprised that conservatives would make so much fun of themselves.

well these "patriots" and believers in the American Way
don't want to hear criticism of their beloved Bushie (translate the biggest asshole ever)
they don't want freedom of speech.
they want all opposition out of the way.
they are tyrants -- lets admit it.

Yes, defending one's views is a defensive thing and very often has to be reactionary.
That does not mean it is a bad thing at all.
Are you saying I should not stand up for what I believe in?
Are you saying a person does not have the right to stand up for their views?
Basically if someone does not agree with your views of the world, then you can attack them all you want and if they defend themselves they are ‘whining’ or ‘thin skinned’.
I am so tired of hearing that form you conservatives.
You really hate that there are people who are not as blind about reality as you are.

Kooka, once again I'm not sure why I bother.
You have proven yourself time and time again to be reactionary and defensive. You just don't get it!

Go back and read the comment I left to you in my last comments section.
First off, I am not a trained dog and am not going to write you a post on demand. I may or may not write such a post in the future. You could go and try to get your conservative buddies to write a such a post first, since 100% of their posts in this category are nothing but liberal bashing.
Secondly, tat last post was actually very positive. I used some strong language and was somewhat blunt, but if one just walks around trying to be polite in getting their views across they generally get ignored. That is most likely one of the reasons why you and other conservative would like me to tone it done. You want more people to be able to ignore me, while they go run around screaming about how liberals have no plans and all that other B.S.
Go and look at the posts of Sarooster, Corbin and the other conservative bloggers and find for me how they are more positive than I am. Seriously, in comparison I do much less attacking here than they do in their posts.
And trust me, when I say I have very thick skin. I had to build it up over a life time of dealing with people who wish to break me and make me follow the heard, as you seem to be trying to get me to do. It is sad that so many people out there like yourself do not value individuals and try to push them to just give in and be like the accepted norm.

You prove my points so much better tan I can in my posts. Seriously, my posts lack whatever it is you give to your comments to me that just reflects so perfectly on the true flaws in the thinking of those who follow conservative thinking. You were unable to dispute my claims here. You resorted to mocking me in a childish way. You refuse to take anything said seriously that does not agree with your illusion of the world
Oh, and why do you think I am tined skin? I took none of it personally and was not insulted at all by your lack of understanding or your childish need to mock others as a way to deny the truth. If I was thinned skin, I would attack back and claim to be a victim and start just throwing out the pointless insults and name calling like you do in your post towards liberals.

Thin skinned, no skin, not sure which it is Corbin.
Again, Kooka, you have demonstrated an inability to present a positive post filled with creative solutions to the issues of the day. Instead, you've REACTED to comments I and others have made in a very defensive and "downer" type post.
Here's an example of what I had in mind for a POSITIVE post in support of a third party candidacy:
"I'm concerned with the direction our country is headed and therefore would like to propose that we consider voting into office more third party candidates. Here are some reasons why I think a third party candidate would be appropriate: first of all, third party candidates do not have a history of being entrenched in politics. They will bring fresh perspectives to Washington; their focus will be spent on social and environmental concerns; third party candidates will be more open to creative ideas rather than worried about maintaining the status quo of either the Democratic or Republican parties. In essence, third party candidates are all about change. Change for the better!"
OK, so I'm sounding like a politician's speech writer, but that's an example of a positive post. Nowhere in this example was I negative about Dems or Republicans. Instead, my focus was on the improvements a third party could bring to politics. And THAT'S what I was asking for in my comment to your previous post.
Again, let's see some POSITIVE comments as to what YOU think would be better if politics were done YOUR way or a third party way.

Not Just in Political Realm
Few people are interested in solutions, especially mutually beneficial solutions. Politics mirror the thinking in/of society as a whole. As you know, much dysfuction and distortion exists!!
